I’m actually quite surprised that this property didn’t receive an offer given the market, although I could see how the bedroom and bathroom layout might not be the right fit for every buyer as the 2 upstairs bedrooms don’t really scream “master suite” as they both share the same upstairs bathroom with a small vanity. This leaves the largest bedroom in the basement, and in my experience, if the basement ceiling heights aren’t a bit taller, most buyers tend to see it as extra space as opposed to an ideal master suite situation.
